Principal & Founder
Cody McAllister
With over two decades of industry experience, Cody seamlessly blends construction expertise with high-end design, achieving a unique mastery of both the technical and creative aspects of architecture.

A Colorado native, Cody spent his formative years in San Diego County before earning a 5-year BArch accredited degree in 2001 from the University of Hawaii Manoa School of Architecture . He began his professional journey in Telluride, Colorado, working with Boulder-based DTJ Design from 2001 through 2006. From 2006 to 2009, Cody served as a project manager at the architectural firm Buchanan Yonushewski Group in Denver, Colorado, where he focused on large-scale commercial projects. In 2009, he transitioned to independent freelance design work and, in 2011, joined Bray Architecture in Boulder, Colorado, as a contract employee and project manager. Over the course of a decade, he collaborated on more than 30 restaurant and hospitality projects while working with Bray Architecture.

Since 2021, Cody has concentrated on high-end custom residential and remodel projects, completing numerous builds across Colorado. In 2023, he expanded his portfolio by collaborating on multiple projects with Ahn Architecture in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
